Inside Out Occupational Therapy

What we built in

Inside Out Occupational Therapy Group provides clinic, home and school-based OT services for children, adolescents and their families across Perth and surrounding suburbs, with a client-centred, holistic model. DeCODE built them a warm, family-focused website that explains a complex therapy offering in plain language and converts parents into first appointments.

Inside Out Occupational Therapy Group is a Perth-based OT practice working with children, adolescents and their families across clinic-based, home-based and school-based sessions. Their philosophy puts emotional and physical wellbeing on equal footing, using a holistic, client-centred model that treats each child and family situation as its own context rather than a checklist.

Parents looking for an OT for their child are often navigating something stressful — a new diagnosis, school feedback, sensory or developmental concerns — and have usually researched extensively before reaching out. The site needed to feel calm and credible, explain a multi-modal service offering clearly, and reassure families that this clinic understands the journey they’re on.

We built Inside Out a warm, family-focused website with a clear introduction to the team’s approach, service-mode breakdown (in clinic, at home, in school), and a research feedback section that shows real outcomes from real families. The structure handles new-family enquiries, NDIS-related questions, and ongoing client communication without becoming heavy or clinical.

The visual approach is soft and welcoming with photography that feels like real families rather than stock — appropriate for a practice where the first conversation needs to feel safe. The result is a website that meets parents at the moment they’re ready to reach out, and gives them confidence the team can help.
