Ilana is a Web Designer and Development Consultant with 15+ years building websites that actually perform. Ecommerce stores, membership platforms, training portals, and SEO rebuilds that turn slow, dated sites into properties that rank and convert.
Behind every DeCODE build, Ilana brings a rare pairing. Deep technical chops alongside 23 years inside the automotive industry, where she ran national sales training programs across Australia and led process design work to systemise and streamline how businesses operate. She knows what makes a business tick before she writes a single line of code.
