Wild Rose Wellness & Psychology is a Subiaco practice built around a simple idea: emotional wellbeing involves more than the mind alone. The team of psychologists, counsellors and allied health professionals supports people through pregnancy, postpartum adjustment, fertility challenges, grief, loss and the messier life transitions in between, combining individual therapy with psychology-led group programs and holistic care.
As a brand new practice, they came to us without a website at all. The challenge was less about redesigning something old and more about translating a very human, very considered way of working into a first impression online. The tone had to be warm without being soft on credibility, because everything they offer is clinician-led and evidence-based. It also had to hold a growing library of group programs without turning into a wall of text.
We built the site around the programs. Each one, from the Rose Garden perinatal loss group to the Restore program for medical professionals, lives as its own page with its own facilitator, audience and description. The programs archive sits on top of that as a filterable directory, so someone can narrow by program type, category, who it is for, or the clinician running it, and land on the right group in seconds rather than scrolling through everything on offer.
Facilitators get the same treatment. Rather than a single crowded team page, each psychologist, counsellor and social worker has their own profile that links through to the programs they run, which lets the practice grow the team and the program list independently without anyone having to rebuild a page.
The design leans into the practice’s own palette of sage, blush and warm neutrals, with generous white space and a light editorial serif that keeps things calm rather than clinical. Photography of the actual room does a lot of the work here. For a service where people are deciding whether they will feel safe walking in the door, showing the space matters more than any amount of copy.
We also gave the group space its own page. Wild Rose hires the room out to yoga teachers, birth educators, physiotherapists and facilitators running everything from breathwork to bereavement groups, so The Space works as a standalone pitch to practitioners while a guided enquiry form routes new clients, program enquiries and hire requests to the right inbox.
The result is a site that feels like the practice it represents: unhurried, welcoming and clear about what is on offer. It gives Wild Rose room to add programs, facilitators and workshops as they grow, without needing us every time.
