Redtail Energy

Redtail Energy are a Perth-based team of SAA-accredited electricians specialising in solar, battery storage and EV charger installations for homes and businesses across WA. Owned and operated by the people doing the work, they handle every step of the process in-house, from system design through to rebate submission under the WA Residential Battery Scheme and the Federal Cheaper Home Batteries Program.

As a growing business in one of WA’s most competitive trades, Redtail Energy needed a brand-new website that could do more than look the part. It had to build trust quickly, explain the rapidly changing rebate landscape clearly, and turn visitors into quote requests.

We designed and built a clean, modern WordPress site that carries the Redtail Energy brand through every page, with their colours, typography and imagery style front and centre. The structure was planned around how their customers actually shop: dedicated service pages for Solar, Battery Storage and EV Chargers, each with key benefits, FAQs and trust signals; a dedicated WA Battery Scheme and Government Rebates page that answers eligibility questions and is easy to update as schemes change; and an installations portfolio with filterable galleries so visitors can browse completed projects by service type.

Lead generation drove every design decision. Quote request forms are integrated throughout the site, with strong calls to action on every page and form notifications flowing straight to the Redtail team. Filterable installation carousels on each service page show off real, local work, the kind of social proof that matters when homeowners are choosing an installer.

The site was built with Beaver Builder and a full custom-field backend for services and installations, so the Redtail team can add new projects and update content themselves. As with every DeCODE build, it launched with SEO foundations in place: optimised titles and meta data, Search Console and Analytics integration, sitemap submission and manual indexing.

Redtail Energy now has a professional online presence that matches the quality of their work on the tools, and a website built to keep the quote requests coming.
