Health Sense Psychology engaged DeCODE Digital to rebuild their website with a clear goal: create a calm, professional digital presence that reflects the practice’s values, supports patients at every stage of their journey, and performs strongly in search.

The existing site was limiting growth. Navigation was fragmented, service information was difficult to find, and the structure did not support SEO or future marketing activity. Our role was to bring everything together into a single, cohesive platform that works for both users and the business.

The Approach

We designed and built a custom WordPress website focused on clarity, accessibility, and ease of use. The structure was rebuilt from the ground up, with dedicated pages for each therapy and service area, allowing users to quickly understand what Health Sense offers and whether it’s right for them.

The visual design was kept calm and considered, using soft colour tones, clear typography, and supportive imagery to reflect the nature of psychological care without feeling clinical or cold.
