Essential Aircor Services

What we built in

We rebuilt Essential Aircor Services’ website from the ground up for the facilities managers, government buyers and commercial clients they look after every day. DeCODE delivered a problem-led homepage, a full library of service and industry pages, interactive service area maps and clear paths to breakdown support, quotes and their capability statement.

Essential Aircor Services has kept commercial sites running across Mandurah, the Peel region and Perth for over 25 years. Their technicians handle air conditioning, refrigeration and electrical work for government, aged care, healthcare, education, hospitality and retail clients, with 24/7 breakdown support behind it all.

Their old website was built in 2018 and hadn’t kept up with the business. It covered four services on a single homepage, read like a residential trade site, and gave tender teams and facilities managers very little to go on.

We started with the people Essentials actually works for. The new homepage leads with the problems clients come to them with: urgent breakdowns, planned maintenance, complex troubleshooting and the next big replacement or upgrade. Each one points straight to the right service. Proof sits close to the top, with over 25 years of local service, licensed technicians and a wall of the government and commercial clients they look after.

Behind that is a proper content structure built in Beaver Builder with ACF. Every service and industry has its own page, and the two are linked both ways, so a facilities manager in aged care sees the services that matter to them. Each service carries its own FAQs. An interactive map covers the Peel, Mandurah, Rockingham, Perth and South West service areas.

We also made it easy for people to take the next step, whatever that looks like for them. An animated “Choose the Right Next Step” timeline walks visitors through five paths, from calling 24/7 breakdown support to downloading the capability statement for a tender. The capability statement sits behind a short form, so every download becomes a lead.

The result is a site that finally matches the business: commercial-first, easy to find your way around, and backed by real photography of the Essentials team at work. The team can update it in-house as they grow.
