Eastoli is a privately owned civil infrastructure contractor based in South East Queensland, with more than two decades of experience across civil, plumbing and construction work. Their crews deliver water, sewer and utility infrastructure renewals for clients like Unitywater, Sunshine Coast Council and Downer, handling everything from trenchless technology and deep excavation through to pump station and treatment plant upgrades.

Their previous website was a simple brochure site that no longer reflected the calibre of the business. Eastoli had outgrown it. The company was positioning itself for high-level government and utility tenders, and needed an online presence that could stand up to the scrutiny of procurement teams: clear capability pages, a proper projects library, and dedicated sections covering governance, safety and compliance.

We rebuilt the site from the ground up on WordPress with Beaver Builder, designing a dark, confident look that suits the scale of the work Eastoli does. A full-screen video hero drops visitors straight onto a live worksite, and the messaging leads with what matters to their clients: trusted infrastructure renewals for critical water and sewer networks, delivered safely, on time and on budget.

Under the hood, the site runs on custom post types built for easy growth. Projects live in their own ecosystem with tags and taxonomies linking them back to services, so case studies like the Kawana Ocean Outfall can be added in minutes and automatically appear wherever they are relevant. A before and after photo slider on the home page shows off the transformation work in a way words never could.

The expanded structure gives Eastoli the depth a serious tender audience expects: seven service areas each with their own detailed page, governance and careers sections, downloadable capability statements, and client testimonials throughout. Custom Gravity Forms enquiries route to the right people, and the whole build is SEO optimised with 301 redirects preserving the equity of the old site.

The result is a website that matches the professionalism Eastoli brings to every worksite, and gives them a platform that can grow as the projects keep coming.
