After a rapid build time to quickly replace an old site DeCODE are thrilled to announce the launch of a new Plumbing website, Coast Runner Plumbing and Gas.
Mike and the team at Coast Runner Plumbing and Gas work to deliver the best possible service to their customers at affordable prices so they needed a responsive modern website to display their services.

So, What’s New?
We set out to make a modern site that reflected the core attributes of the customer brand in the new design with best practice UI/UX. Our focus while rebuilding this website was a more user-friendly and cleaner site that was guided by an overarching web layout for major assets, and uniform subpage designs.
We built the new site on a WordPress Content Management System which outside of a host of other benefits greatly enhanced the editorial workflow. Now it’s easy for the team at Coast Runner to create and manage content, blog articles, products, etc.
Another key achievement was site speed achieved by optimising all the images and building a lean site. Lastly using Yoast SEO on WordPress, we enhanced the SEO of the site to assist with ranking in Search Engines and displaying well in search for potential visitors.
We also connected the site to the social media platforms that Coast Runner use with the aim of driving more user awareness and engagement.
Next, we implemented a live testimonials framework that pulls google reviews from the Google Business Listing and displays them on the website. This provides current and relevant recent high star rating reviews directly on the key sales pages.
Some additional special features and enhancements were then added like the Hot Water System were developed. Here we have used a modified Content Management System to manage the custom post type and fields, added frontend integration, and user enquiry system as well. By developing the site on WordPress and creating a modern layout the Coast Runner Plumbing and Gas team now has flexibility of content management, increases in site speed, better SEO, and is ready for the digital marketing team to drive customer enquiries at the lowest possible cost of customer acquisition.
