Cape Naturaliste Medical Centre is a locally owned and operated family GP practice in Old Dunsborough, just up from the old boat ramp and about 2km from the centre of town. They’ve served the Cape Naturaliste community and surrounding districts for over two decades, providing general practice care alongside Telehealth, Western Diagnostic Pathology on-site, and the broad range of services patients expect from a long-standing local clinic.

The site needed to handle the practical day-to-day of a regional GP practice — new patient enquiries, online booking via the practice’s appointment platform, telehealth instructions, billing information, and clear coverage of what services are offered. It also needed to feel local and trusted, the kind of practice that’s been part of the community for long enough that families have multiple generations as patients.

We built Cape Naturaliste Medical Centre a clean, professional website with practitioner profiles, clear hours and location info (including the rear-entry parking detail for the pathology service), and an online booking flow integrated into their booking platform. The “What can we help you with?” structure makes it easy for patients to see if their condition falls within the practice’s services.

The visual approach is warm and clinical in the right proportions — calm blues and whites, professional photography of the team, and copy that treats patients as locals rather than transactions. The result is a website that does justice to a 20+ year community institution while making the modern things (online bookings, telehealth) easy to find.
