Booze Bus Co

The Booze Bus Co operates one of the more memorable mobile bar setups around — a vintage Mercedes bus retrofitted into a full pub on wheels. The business turns up to weddings, corporate events, sports days, milestone birthdays, festivals and private functions, bringing both the drinks and the talking-point centrepiece in one delivery.

The booking decision for a mobile bar is half practical (is the date available, do they cover my area, what’s included) and half emotional (do they have the right vibe for the event, will guests love it). The website needs to handle both — pricing and logistics on one hand, personality and photos of the bus in action on the other.

We built The Booze Bus Co a bold, playful website that leans hard into the character of the bus itself. Strong photography of the bus at real events, casual copy that matches the brand’s tone, and a streamlined enquiry path that gathers event date, location, headcount, and package preference in one go.

The visual style is unapologetically fun — appropriate for a business whose entire value proposition is “the most interesting bar at your event”. The result is a website that does the bookings job efficiently and makes future guests excited before they’ve even said yes to the invite.
