What we built in

Auxilium Partners is a West Perth chartered accounting firm specialising in business restructuring, forensic investigation, and registered liquidator services. DeCODE built them a clear, confident website that walks distressed company directors and their advisors through their options — without the usual insolvency-industry jargon.

Auxilium Partners is a Western Australian-owned and operated insolvency, forensic accounting and mining advisory firm based in West Perth. Founded by partners Bob Jacobs and Andrew Smith — both Registered Liquidators with ASIC and Licensed Fraud Examiners — the firm operates Australia-wide through their alliance with Cathro & Partners.

The clientele is unusual: financially distressed business owners and directors, lawyers and accountants who refer in those clients, and creditors trying to recover money from a failing entity. Each audience has different concerns, different questions, and different starting points. The site had to speak to all three groups with the right balance of clarity, authority, and reassurance.

We built Auxilium Partners a website organised around their four-step process — book a free consultation, review options, agree on a plan, take action — with separate solution pathways for business owners and directors, for accountants and lawyers, and for creditors. The Special Situation Accounting positioning is reinforced throughout: “We do not do tax. We do not do audit. We do work with company directors through tough times.”

The visual approach is clean and professional, designed to project the kind of steady-handed, no-drama competence that someone calling a Registered Liquidator urgently needs to see. The result is a website that meets distressed business owners where they are, and points them at help.
