Approach Services exists to help organisations get business change right — they specialise in project and change management, providing templates, frameworks, training, and consulting to teams running transformation projects. Their philosophy is that most change initiatives fail due to resistance and lack of structure, and the right tools at the right time can turn a high-risk endeavour into a smooth transition.

Their offering spans three distinct audiences: change managers looking for individual tools and templates (think the free Change Management Canvas, resistance management templates, expert-led courses), organisations wanting strategic consulting and readiness assessments, and businesses needing dedicated support during active change programs. The site had to serve all three without becoming a confusing mess.

We built Approach Services a WooCommerce-backed website with clear pathways for each audience type, layered product browsing, custom functionality to manage the mix of digital downloads and live consulting bookings, and a content engine that surfaces their thought leadership on change management as a psycho-social hazard.

The visual approach is clean and professional — appropriate for selling into corporate change teams and senior leadership audiences — but warm enough to feel like a real person stands behind the methodology. The result is a digital storefront that does both lead generation and direct e-commerce, in one of the trickier B2B verticals out there.
