Amaze Clean is a family-owned commercial and residential cleaning business founded by Eliana Salinas, serving Perth’s northern suburbs with over five years of dedicated service. The pitch is straightforward and runs through everything they do: small details, big difference. After years of watching the industry under-deliver on the basics, Eliana built the business around the idea that every home and business deserves a first-time clean, every time.
The brief was to build a site that could convert two very different audiences. On one side were business decision-makers booking commercial cleans for offices, childcare centres, medical facilities and retail spaces. On the other were homeowners booking regular cleans and Airbnb hosts needing fast-turnaround turnovers between guests. Both needed clear paths through the site, transparent service information and an easy way to request a quote.
The structure splits cleanly into commercial and domestic streams, with dedicated category landing pages for each commercial vertical: office, retail, medical, childcare and industrial. Each page speaks to the specific compliance and cleanliness expectations of that sector, which matters when a childcare centre is choosing between providers. The residential side covers regular house cleaning alongside a dedicated Airbnb cleaning service tuned to short-stay turnover schedules and five-star review expectations.
Visually the site sits in a clean blue and white palette with a photography-first approach, leaning into real cleaning scenes rather than abstract icons. The hero rotates between residential and commercial messaging to greet both audiences in the opening seconds, with category cards on the homepage and prominent service navigation throughout. Quote forms are embedded via LeadConnector so enquiries flow straight into the business’s CRM and trigger immediate follow-up.
A founder profile of Eliana sits on the homepage with a link through to her LinkedIn, which adds an honest, personal layer to a category that often hides behind brand names. Articles and an active blog support local SEO around Perth’s northern suburbs cleaning searches, and social proof links pull through to Instagram and Facebook.
The site does what a service-business brochure should do: it lets visitors self-select their service category in seconds, sells the work on detail and reliability, and makes getting a quote frictionless.
