Sammy and her highly trained staff to give you the most beneficial workout according to your needs where we use the Ring, weights and Jog Board.

The variation of different classes at Oak Pilates makes it possible to address many people’s fitness levels from the unmotivated to the professional athlete and can address everything from general back pain to more intense and precise rehab programs.
The aim of the project was to deliver a light, clean, functional website that had timetabling and online booking seamlessly integrated with the site.
It was wonderful to be part of such an incredible build with a great team of people.
