What we built in

Shredded Health and Performance is an Innaloo gym and wellness facility run by Kelly Martinovich, offering personal training, group training, HYROX training, online programs, a serious recovery wing (ice bath, infrared sauna, red light, compression therapy, IV infusions) and a supplement shop. The site needed to support multiple service lines simultaneously without one cannibalising the others, with dedicated pages for each major training and recovery service. WooCommerce backs the supplement shop with login-gated member pricing built into the cart, turning the shop from a retail line into a member benefit. High-energy black and orange branding pairs with transformation photography that does real conversion work. A substantial build for a community gym.

Shredded Health and Performance is an Innaloo gym and wellness facility run by Kelly Martinovich, offering a full spectrum of training, recovery and supplement services from one location. The team handles personal training, group training, HYROX competition training, online programs, and a serious recovery wing with ice baths, infrared sauna, red light therapy, compression therapy and IV infusions. It is a substantial build by community-gym standards, and the site needed to reflect the breadth of the offer without losing the energy that defines the brand.

The brief was to build a site that could support multiple service lines simultaneously without any of them cannibalising the others. Memberships, recovery bookings, online programs, the supplement shop and the transformations gallery all needed their own room to breathe, alongside team bios, trial pass offers and conversion flows tuned to each entry point. The build also needed to integrate a member-only pricing tier into the WooCommerce store so signed-in members could see their pricing on supplements.

The structure splits cleanly across the major service categories. Personal Training, Group Training, HYROX Training and Online Programs each have their own treatment for prospective members researching their next gym. The Recovery side gets its own pages for the ice bath, infrared sauna, red light therapy, compression therapy and IV infusions, each with the specifics that the wellness-curious visitor wants to read before booking a session. The Supplements shop runs on WooCommerce with login-gated member pricing built into the cart logic.

Visually the build leans into the brand’s high-energy black and orange identity, with lots of photography of the gym floor, members mid-lift, and the transformations that members credit the program with. The Transformations gallery is a real conversion engine, putting before-and-after pairs front and centre to give prospective members confidence that the program delivers. Team bios for the trainers add a human layer that distinguishes Shredded from the big-box gyms.

Trial pass offers run as a prominent entry point for new members, with a low-friction enquiry flow that drops directly into the studio’s CRM. Membership information, opening hours, location and contact pathways are all easy to find for the prospective member doing a sense-check before they commit.

The supplements shop is properly built out, with product photography, ingredients, dosage and use information, and the kind of cart and checkout experience members expect from any modern online store. The integration of member-only pricing turns the shop from a retail line into a member benefit, which strengthens both sides of the proposition.

The result is a gym site that pulls multiple business lines into a coherent whole. It converts new members, sells recovery sessions, moves supplements, and gives existing members a real reason to log in.
