Boss Clinic is a specialist hair loss clinic operating from two locations — Subiaco in Western Australia and Bondi in New South Wales — led by industry specialist Debra Best. The clinic offers a range of clinically proven treatments for both male and female pattern hair loss, delivered both in clinic and at home, with treatments tailored to the individual.

Hair loss is a sensitive purchase. Most people researching treatments have tried other options, are uncertain about what works, and may have been let down by overpromised solutions before. The website’s job is to be the calm, evidence-led voice in a category full of hype — clear about what’s clinically proven, transparent about what to expect, and warm enough to make booking that first consultation feel safe.

We built Boss Clinic a confident, results-led website with separate journeys for men’s and women’s hair loss, real before/after success stories from real clients of varying ages and stages, and a free consultation booking flow that lowers the friction on the first step. Custom functionality supports both consultation bookings and the e-commerce side for at-home treatment products.

The visual approach is clean and clinical without being cold — appropriate for a clinic positioning itself on evidence and outcomes rather than vanity. The result is a website that treats the audience as adults making a considered decision, and gives them what they actually need to make it.
