Featherhorn the Label is a women’s fashion boutique based on South Terrace in South Fremantle, Perth. The brand is built around a clear, inclusive promise — clothing for women of every shape, size, age and background — and the in-store experience is as much about being seen and welcomed as it is about the racks.
The website’s job is to translate that boutique feel into an e-commerce experience that holds the same warmth at scale. Customers visiting the site are often coming via Instagram or TikTok, expecting a polished, considered presentation of new arrivals, lifestyle imagery, and an easy path from “I love this” to “it’s in my cart”.
We built Featherhorn the Label an e-commerce site that puts photography front and centre, with clean collection navigation, size and fit information surfaced where it actually helps, and the kind of considered product detail pages that boutique customers expect. The store integrates with the in-person retail experience rather than competing with it.
The visual approach is warm, characterful and confidently feminine — appropriate for a brand whose entire pitch is “women of all kinds, dressed well”. The result is an online store that feels like a natural extension of the South Fremantle boutique rather than a parallel business.
